Neurodivergent terms simplified

Being thrown into the neurodivergent world, attending meetings, seeking assessments……There are so many words and anagrams that are used in these situations and everyone seems to assume that you know what they mean.

I know how overwhelming these situations can feel, and so I have tried to take all of those words and make them easier to understand and to be honest hopefully these can take a little bit of stress out of the situation.
