Walk & Talk sessions are designed to offer a more natural and accessible alternative. Gentle movement, fresh air, and side-by-side conversation can help thoughts flow more freely and make support feel easier to engage with.

These sessions are ideal for people who benefit from movement while processing emotions, challenges, decisions, overwhelm, or day-to-day life difficulties.

They can be booked as ongoing support or as one-off sessions when something challenging arises and you need a supportive space to talk things through.
