Book Recommendations

If you are looking for books that are insightful, amusing and supportive, then you are in luck, see below for some recommendations I have.

This book explains the experience of ADHD in such a clear relatable way. It has some great analogies that are simple to visualize and support ideas.

I first saw the Author Edward M. Hallowell, MD speaking on the ADHD Chatter Podcast, and was so impressed by his approach that I had to read his book.

I found this to be a helpful and reassuring read. Based on girls and women, it offers female specific insights, from the female ADHD experience to the challenges of seeking diagnosis, as well as some assessment tips.

Another positive about this particular book is the chapter written by women and girls, sharing their experiences.

I am sure there are many more, these are just some of the ones I have read.
