Foundations for Life

Autism & ADHD 1:1 Mentoring | North Devon & Online

Many children, teenagers, and adults who are neurodivergent are trying to navigate a world that often doesn’t feel built for them.

This can show up as overwhelm, shutdown, anxiety, emotional intensity, or exhaustion from masking and holding it all together.

My work focuses on understanding what is happening underneath the behaviour, not trying to control or suppress it.

Together, we explore patterns, needs, and experiences so that daily life becomes more manageable, more connected, and more sustainable.

🌿 What is Foundations for Life?

Foundations for Life is my 1:1 mentoring service for autism and ADHD support.

It is a structured but flexible programme designed to create real-life change over time, not just short-term advice.

This is where we build understanding, develop strategies, and gently support meaningful progress at a pace that feels safe and realistic.

Who’s this for?

Initial consultation

We begin by understanding patterns, identifying needs, and mapping out what’s contributing to the current challenges. This creates a clear, personalised starting point and ensures support is structured around you — not a one-size-fits-all or diagnostic-led template.

The Initial Consultation is 90 minutes, which enables us to do make a real positive impact from the get go.
