Chronically Alive
A different path – At your pace

Living with Chronic illness and neurodivergence can make life feel like a balancing act that at every turn seems to be upended. Whether its’ a busier day than planned, a stressful event that happens suddenly, a slight shift in weather, your routines – it just feels a constant battle.
But what if it doesn’t need to be a battle?
Chronically Alive is about understanding your needs, finding your pace, exploring what works, together. Chronically Alive is about navigating a different path, perhaps one you never imagined for yourself, and finding ways to design your life around who you are and what you need.
Because you deserve understanding, acceptance, ease and support that gets it.
Understanding
Before we can change anything, we need to understand it.
Together we’ll gently explore what life looks like for you.
What feels difficult.
What feels exhausting.
What feels confusing.
And just as importantly…
What already works.
Understanding allows us to stop fighting against ourselves and start working with ourselves.
Your Pace
As we begin to understand your experiences, patterns often start to emerge.
Why your energy can disappear without warning
Why things that seem simple can take so much out of you
Why your capacity changes from one day to the next
Why your brain and body don’t always work in the way you need them to
Why you have spent years pushing through, adapting and believing you simply weren’t trying hard enough, when actually, you’ve been carrying far more than most people realise.
There is no judgement. No pressure to keep up. Just curiosity, understanding and finding what works for you.
Building & Growing
Understanding on its own isn’t enough.
Together, we’ll begin building a way of living that works with your brain, your body and your capacity.
Finding practical ways to make everyday life more manageable.
Making space for what matters to you.
And finding ways to do things differently when the usual way doesn’t work.
Because your life is unique.
Your way of living should be too.
Real change rarely happens overnight.
Sometimes you’ll suddenly realise that something which once took everything you had now feels a little more manageable.
My role is to walk alongside you as you build a life that works for you — at your pace.
Support that looks beyond the surface
What we see on the outside isn’t always the whole story.
Fatigue, overwhelm, shutdowns, frustration, avoidance or struggling with everyday life can all be signs that something underneath needs understanding and support.
My approach looks at the whole picture:
- your brain and body
- energy and capacity
- sensory needs
- emotions and regulation
- your environment
- relationships and expectations
- what matters to you
- your strengths and interests
Together, we explore what is happening, why it may be happening, and what can be adapted, so you can spend less energy simply getting through the day and more energy living your life.

What does Chronically Alive include?
Chronically Alive is ongoing 1:1 mentoring designed around your energy, capacity and changing needs.
Your support includes:
✓ Regular 1:1 mentoring sessions
Dedicated time to explore what is happening, understand your needs and work together on practical ways forward.
✓ Flexible use of your mentoring time
Because your capacity can change. Your support can adapt around how you’re doing rather than expecting you to perform at the same level every time.
✓ Support between sessions
Brief WhatsApp communication where appropriate, so you don’t have to hold everything until your next session.
✓ Personalised resources and strategies
Practical ideas, tools and resources developed around what actually works for you.
✓ Your client support materials
A place to keep the information, resources and learning that comes from your mentoring journey.
✓ Ongoing reflection and planning
Your mentoring doesn’t begin and end when we meet. Time is taken to reflect on your support and prepare for what you need next.
This isn’t about trying to fit more into your life. It’s about finding a different way of living that works with the life, body and capacity you actually have.
What can you expect when we work together?
- A warm, accepting space where you can be honest about how life really feels.
- Curiosity rather than judgement — looking beyond what you do or don’t manage to understand what is underneath.
- Clear, compassionate explanations that help things make sense.
- Practical support that fits your actual life, including your energy, capacity and circumstances.
- An approach that respects your brain, body, strengths and individuality.
- A partnership, not a hierarchy — we work together to find what works for you.
- Support grounded in training, evidence and real-life experience, while recognising that no two people are the same.
My work is grounded in empathy, understanding and experience. But most importantly, it is grounded in genuine care for the person in front of me.
