Whether you’re navigating sensory needs, emotional overwhelm, behaviour, or communication differences, we work together at your pace.

🌿 What is Online Mentoring?

Online Mentoring provides 1:1 autism and ADHD support support, delivered remotely through secure video sessions.

It offers the same personalised, relational support as my face-to-face mentoring, while giving you the flexibility to access help from wherever you feel most comfortable.

Together, we explore what’s happening beneath the surface, develop practical strategies that fit your everyday life, and build understanding at a pace that feels safe, supportive and realistic.

Whether you’re a parent, young person or adult, online mentoring provides calm, professional support without the need to travel, making it easier to access consistent guidance wherever you are in the UK.

Who is online mentoring for?

🌿 How Online Mentoring Works

Support is delivered through regular 1:1 Google Meet sessions, allowing you to access mentoring wherever you are.

Together we can:

  • Understand current challenges and patterns
  • Explore emotional, sensory and environmental needs
  • Develop practical strategies for everyday life
  • Build confidence and emotional regulation
  • Improve communication and relationships
  • Adapt support as your needs change over time

Choose the level of support that best suits your needs.

Connection Call

We begin by understanding patterns, identifying needs, and mapping out what’s contributing to the current challenges. This creates a clear, personalised starting point and ensures support is structured around you — not a one-size-fits-all or diagnostic-led template.

The Connection Call is 45 minutes. This enables us to do make a real positive impact from the get go.

Receive the same personalised, relational mentoring without the need to travel. Whether you’re across North Devon or elsewhere in the UK, online sessions make expert neurodivergent support more accessible while maintaining the same calm, collaborative approach.
