Walk & Talk
Autism & ADHD 1:1 Mentoring | North Devon

Calm, practical neurodivergent support while walking in nature.
Walk & Talk Mentoring combines therapeutic conversation, practical problem-solving, movement, and the calming benefits of nature to support autistic and ADHD, young people and adults in a way that often feels less intense than sitting face-to-face.
🌿 What is Walk & Talk Mentoring?
Walk & Talk Mentoring is my outdoor 1:1 autism and ADHD mentoring service, combining practical support with the calming effects of movement and nature.
Rather than sitting in a room, we walk together at a comfortable pace while exploring the challenges you’re facing. For many neurodivergent people, walking side by side can reduce pressure, support emotional regulation, and make conversation feel more natural.
Every session is flexible, personalised, and focused on helping you understand yourself, develop practical strategies, and build confidence in everyday life.

- Build confidence
- Improve communication
- Reduce overwhelm
- Explore sensory needs

Everything is tailored to you and your pace.

Connection Call
We begin by understanding patterns, identifying needs, and mapping out what’s contributing to the current challenges. This creates a clear, personalised starting point and ensures support is structured around you — not a one-size-fits-all or diagnostic-led template.
The Connection Call is 45 minutes. This enables us to do make a real positive impact from the get go.
